Description
Fits D Series or V Series dovetail bars. Adds additional weight for balancing OTA’s. Split clamp design grips the dovetail bar along the entire surface of the saddle and will not dent or scratch the dovetail bar. The dovetail clamp has a large “T” handle locking knob for tool free operation, spring loaded jaws, anodized aluminum and stainless steel construction. DVPA- 2.0″ Long, 4″ Wide, .75″ Thick, Wt. 10 oz., Counterweight- 4″ Round, 1″ thick, 3.5 lbs.

The quality of product is outstanding. I purchased the 3” long rod, which would allow for three weights to be attached. For my use cases, this should be plenty long. Any longer I feel would be a hazard to hitting my head on it. Lastly, the product was shipped right away … appreciate the great service.

The threaded bar seized up inside the counterweight and when I went to try and remove it, the provided 1/4 bolt BROKE OFF inside the threaded rod making the entire product useless. Now I have no way to remove the weight or the threaded rod.
